- Access. Outlier Hunt is a private, internal tool. Access is granted personally by the Operator to individual team members and may be revoked at any time. Accounts and access codes are non-transferable.
- Acceptable use. The service may be used only for the team's content-research work. Users must not attempt to access other members' accounts, scrape the service, or use YouTube data obtained through the service for any purpose outside the team.

- No warranty. The service is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind.
- Changes and termination. The Operator may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
